The Curious Cat!

While trying to get some blog work done tonight I had a helper. The four legged kind, Noodles. When I was printing off some stuff he actually was trying to grab the paper as it came out. He was totally fascinated with the computer screen as you will see:

I guess he had never seen a computer before but he will watch tv sometimes with the same intensity. He finally settled down and just stayed on to be sociable.

Can you see whose site is on the screen?

I was going to post this recipe tomorrow but have to help a friend all day so will put it in tonight.

Mississippi Mud Pie

Buy a box of graham cracker crumbs and follow the directions on the box for a crust and pat it into a 9X13 pan.

1st layer:

two 8 oz. cream cheese softened

1 and 1/4 cups sugar

3/4 medium container of Cool Whip

Mix together with mixer and spread over crust layer

layer 2:

1- 6oz.chocolate instant pudding

1-6 oz. vanilla instant pudding

4 cups of milk

Mix together until thickened and spread over 1st layer

layer 3:

Spread with a small container of Cool Whip, garnish with grated Hershey Bar if desired.

Refrigerate.

I like to make it the day before as it sets up better and comes out of the pan better.

Enjoy!

OH OH OH!!!! I know the answer to whoes blog was on your screen!!! :)
Your kittens are the cutest things. Mine wouldn't leave my computer mouse alone today. We got a new computer desk about a week maybe two weeks ago and the Cat is just loving being able to climb inside of it and then it pops its paws up from behind the pull out keyboard desk and bats at the computer mouse. Silly cat.
YUM YUM YUM Must try that recipe..

Cats are so funny, aren't they? Mine loves to watch images change on the screen as well. She's particularly enamoured with the television, and before we got the flat screen would sit on top batting at the motion beneath her.
