Talent Show Pictures and the Snow Birds Landed!

Hey! I finally got blogger to upload my pictures although it was terribly slow. Wonder what that's all about, they have never been so slow before. Anyhow, these are some shots from the talent show we had last week. It was so much fun and I hope they ask me to do it again sometime. The little girls tap dancing stole the show, they were just so darned cute! The one on the left was a little younger and she kept sneaking peeks at her partner to make sure she was doing the right thing. They both did a great job and I love the costumes.
My parents made it home fine from Florida although their luggage didn't. Does this surprise you? It seems lately there has been so much lost or late luggage. I carry on as many essentials like my toothbrush and a change of undies when I travel now. You just never know if your luggage will get there with you or not.
They are both tired from the trip and Miss Buffy their cat is too. She is a seasoned traveler having made about 10 trips back and forth from Maine to Florida in her life so far. My new rascals were VERY interested in her but she just wasn't interested, probably a little jet lag. Tomorrow is another day.
FunSize, my niece, came over after work and had dinner with us and a visit with Mom and Dad her Grammie and Grampie. We served them dinner in their apartment but when we went in to clean up Mom had it all done already. Husband went over to the airport and got their luggage which came in on a later flight THANKFULLY! All is dark over there now, I'm sure all three of them are asleep after a long day traveling. They got up at 3 AM so had a very long trip home with a three hour lay over in Boston.
Guess I will hit the hay too. Keep your fingers crossed for me as I have a very good lead for my tote bags that I need to check out tomorrow!

What great pictures! I can see why the tap dancing duo stole the show.

Did your parents come in to snow on the ground?
