Last night was the Father/Daughter Valentine Dance. T and Daddy were going so I hopped in the car and drove over to their house (too much snow to walk through the woods these days) to take some pictures. SOME being MANY! Let a grandmother loose with a camera on a special occasion and no stone is left unturned! Did that make sense? Did I use the wrong analogy? Anywho, you get my drift.....
T and Daddy
The white part of her dress had sparklies! Oh, how I love this girly stuff!!
I said to her "how about a pose"

I had to get a close up of the hair, it was so cute the way DIL had styled it.

Cousin Z and her Daddy went with them which made it even more fun!
They went out to dinner at Bug*a boo Cre*ek and then on to the dance where the girls immediately ran off to visit with their friends and giggle, but they did get some dances in with their Dads. Such a special time for a Dad and daughter. :o)
We're expecting more snow tonight and then again on Tuesday. I can see some snowmobiling in the near future! Yippee!
PS Horse Blog Buddies I did the 7 horse quirks if you go back a post or two.
Those girls are precious. What a wonderful memory with their daddies! T's dress and 'do are so cute!
ReplyDeleteI'm finding that out with E that the girly stuff is agreat fun!

Oh how cute!!! I can imagine how much you must love that "girlie" stuff after living in a household of males. T looked so darn cute and so proud of her daddy too. They are growing up too fast. :(
ReplyDeleteThe video was great! I took a lot of them this weekend with the Flip and it took terrific pictures. We watched them on the T.V. Perhaps I can figure out how to put them on the blog. Yeah, right.
We had a great trip -- a tad different weather from last weekend for us. We got up this a.m. to 9* and arrived home this afternoon to 80*. Talk about body shock. The snow was incredible and I will try to post some pictures tomorrow after I unpack AGAIN.
